Trying to redeem a voucher using paypal on a purchase, that wont work...expires in 8 days...

I have a voucher showing in my summary that I've tried to redeem....voucher is current, the order is over the stated amount of purchase, cannot get it to deduct and cannot find any suggestions under the help and contact screen. Any ideas please? Cheers

Look at the T&C's (if you can), some categories are excluded and other conditions.

Normally you should be able to make purchases then at checkout enter the code and it should change.

Are you using the shopping cart?

Most (all?) of these offers require the cart to be used. And Paypal.

Further to what the others have said, make sure your PayPal email address is the same as the eBay account you are using. Most these days require them to be the same. If they are different addresses, add your eBay email address to PayPal, make it the default and then try to pay again then.

I used a voucher last year on ten auctions from one seller. I was prepared to buy them anyway if the voucher didn't work but she sent me an invoice just in time and the voucher worked so it was a nice little bonus.

I've got a voucher to use and I clicked See conditions.....and got a blank pop up.  Good one eBay.

So far I've had one voucher that didn't work (cart, PayPal, current etc) and one that did.

I hope this one will work...provided I find something to buy with it.  It would be nice to know what the conditions are first though.

I've just used the voucher with no hassles,(I still have one on another account that I got the terms from).

I used the cart and entered the code once I got to the checkout,(before paying).

Terms & conditions
