Two Selling Problems on Ebay by Sellers

After being on Ebay as a buyer and seller for many years, two problems I encounter all the time:

1.  People listing damaged goods and expecting a high price and/or not stating it's damaged.  A collector will not pay a premium price for a damaged piece of porcelain and ensure that if the item is damaged to state that in the description.

2. People listing an item for example as "Clarice Cliff" with no actual Clarice Cliff Backstamp.  It may have been designed or attributed to Clarice Cliff, but if she left the studio and her backstamp is not on the item, you cannot list it as "Clarice Cliff" - people who do this are simply trying to cash in.

Are you not able to use the Back Button & ignore those listings?

So what is your question for other members?

I doubt many members here are buying these things, keeping the sellers in business

If something is reportable, report it

If it is broken and not mentioned in the ad, raise an Item not as described case.

I'm not sure if I agree with number 2,  if it was designed by Calrice Cliff (????),  then it can be attributed to Calrice Cliff.
