When I read a sellers feedback from one of their previous buyers, I used to be able to click on any newer feedback and see the item the buyer purchased, along with price etc. Now for at least 4-5 weeks now all I get is a screen saying item details not able to load, if reloading the page doesn't work try again latter. I check feedback comments & try to follow it to the relevant product purchase for RND.
According to Ebay customer service, it's probably/is a problem at my end. Checking all software, apps, S21 Ultra 5G was upto date ✅ tried again with no luck. I was told to uninstall the ebay app & access Ebay via my browser & I should be able to see the product relating to any feedback. I'm happy with the convenience of the app. But am encountering more con's to using ebay lately. I feel it's a software glitch, like the inability to load watchlist a month or two ago. I would appreciate any info, or answer's for this slight road block. Cheers

No, it's not a virus or anything, just a coding glitch that eBay hasn't completely fixed yet.
I never use my mobile phone to access eBay via the app, but I've heard that if you go through the website via a browser there's a lot less glitches. The app has been problematic for years now.

Sometimes I get the screen as shown below and just allow the process to go ahead by pressing "accept risk and continue". Otherwise unless the seller has a "private listing" I can see the feedback OK.

You could also try clearing cache and cookies then rebooting your computer and/or trying a different browser - I use Firefox and Chrome.

Obviously you are using a computer, which has more options. I thought about using a computer to possibly accessing this info (with possible risks I was unaware of) but I've used my ph. For the past few years for all my computer needs. I think Ebay have disabled this option for the Christmas 🎄 period to boost sales?
I can still use my 10 yrs of experience on Ebay to get most of what I need. Hope accessing it through your computer doesn't cause u an issue.

All software upto date, using Chrome is browser access which is sort of last resort for me, as I have alot of info & settings on the app I don't want reset (probably won't happen), also used VPN (on&off) antivirus with all cookies & bots blocked, Knox security on Samsung ect.

Just a thought, can you access the seller's feedback if you go through one of their listings, instead of just clicking on their feedback score ?

Yes mate, my thoughts exactly, but Ebay would straight up simply say this. I hope it resolves it's self soon. More often than not I still deal direct with the brick & mortar with a face.
