Unfair?

Hello ebay community,

Im here to ask you guys a quick question. I belive that one of the dealers i bought an item off has played it out unfairly. I bought a clash of clans account which was $400 and now hes taken the account over i can still use it but hes basically restricted me from joining clans taken the account over and yet he thinks he owns it when i do... id like to know what im ment to do as there is no help lines

Is this a digitally delivered item? If it is then it shouldn't be listed and you have no buyer protection even if you used Paypal unless there was an actual physically delivered component.
