Unpaid item dispute

Hi all
I have just had an unpaid item dispute case opened against me for an iPad case I purchased. Since making the purchase I have three times requested the total from the seller and they have ignored my messages, however have now opened the case.
At the moment I cannot make the payment as it says the postage is unspecified (the listing stated free postage) so the system won't let me progress through to make payment.
I've contacted the seller yet again requesting them to send through the payment total and adjust the freight, but in the meantime, is there anyway I can get around all this and make the payment? This is very frustrating!

If there is an open case - there should be a space for you to reply - so put it what you have just said here

We are only ebay members like yourself I'm afraid, nobody from ebay staff post on these boards who can help you any further.

Thanks grumpy cat, I appreciate that too 🙂 by responses I meant that there might be a way around the block by changing a setting or something that as a less experienced member I might not be aware of.
It's all good now, they FINALLY sent the amended total through so I was able to pay them.
