Can anybody please tell me how to update/change feedback given to a seller?

To revise a negative or neutral feedback (positive feedback can not be changed), the seller has to send you a feedback revision request. The request should come to you via email and eBay messages, and then you have to click on agree, which will take you to the page to change the type and re-write the comment.

lyndal, as keeps being said on here, feedback is voluntary if you leave it or not. and as you know a buyer can only get positive so feedback to a buyer really is meaningless nowadays.

Yes, I understand that, but the OP is a buyer only but manages to leave a negative feedback as her one and only feedback left.
