This isn't a good time of the night to receive help. All that I can tell you is you need to obtain a letter from a LV retailer that states the bag is a fake and fax it to Paypal with relevant information including the dispute's number. The seller states they only sell within the USA so if you avoid sellers who don't post worldwide in future you may save yourself plenty of money.

There is an online verification site but it costs money & I can't remember the name.Someone will come along I'm sure with the name & maybe the link.
Are you aware that you have listed 2 of your items on the US site instead of Australian ebay ?
Postage is showing at $60 for a $10 pair of shoes on the listing that you've done correctly on ebay au & there is NO way it would cost you that much to post within Australia.

There are a number of online sites you can have the bag authenticated, most of them charge a small fee but well worth it considering you could be out of pocket for over $900.
Agree with foxy about your postage prices....they are way to high.
$60 to post a pair of shoes...& $40 to express post a bag.
It is only $23.60 to express post a 5kg satchel anywhere in Australia

yes, it is showing as $60 for me too; no way it will cost that; more likely under $20 with SOD and about $25 as express parcel.

OP, the best course of action is to use an online authentication service, either authenticat4u ( which ebay recognise) or etinceler also ebay recognised. Once you have received your authentication result forward to ebay. You should have no problem getting your money back.
Good luck.:-)

Also don't think a handbag would cost $40 to send in australia

Well packaged, sent express with insurance coverage of $1,000 it would certainly be in the ballpark of $40 to post domestically.
