Used an item and is faulty after 9 months

I purchased a sprayer for weeds in Sept and i didnt get to use it untill recently and found its faulty. Falls apart when you use it and flips over and leaks. The seller must have changed their name as i cant find them now. What do I do?

lou, within 180 days (6 months) you started to report it to PayPal.  Why did you start reporting it if you hadn't used it until 9 months after purchase?  I am confused  (but that is nothing new).

lou, if you started reporting with paypal within 180 days, I would try pursuing it with paypal still, put it back on them since they were collecting details.

Personally I don't think an $80 weed sprayer should be that cheaply made, just my opinion tho
