i criticised paypal and global shipping to the sellers when 2 different bronzes arrived broken.made a claim both denied,i'm sure it's because of my previous criticism, So much for so called buyer protection. I thought Global shipping guaranteed safe arrival not so.Doesn't exist in my cases.got no where with them .waste of time.

I believe that items are often open and repackaged by Pitney Bowes at the distribution centre when sellers use the GSP.
Sellers could have packaged items very well, but if they get opened......
Personally I avoid any seller that uses the GSP due to the high cost and the issue of items being opened.

I very much doubt that your criticism of the GSP would have resulted in the items arriving broken.
If that were the case then there would be an avalanch of broken items arriving for a lot of members who have been very vocal in their condemnation of the system, including me.
Did you open a dispute for Item Not As Described? Why was your claim knocked back?
