I've got one of those "wobble machines" here. You know, you stand on it and put the 'belt' around your butt and flick the ssssswwwitttcccchh ! (sorry, just tried typing while standing on my wobble machine).
They were once thought to work for weight loss and toning. I bought it on eBay to help shake/mix up my paint cans. I thought I could just put the can where my butt should be and switch it on to shake the can like the machines in Bunnings. To cut a long story short . . . not good for mixing paint!

The best thing you can do is make sure you are wearing the correct size clothing.
If the clothes show up every bump and bulge then you will look fat.
A dress or tunic made from 2 layers of fabric with long skinny leg pants can look good because the two layers of fabric in the top helps hide bra bulge and having long pants underneath give an extra layer of fabric to help smooth out the wobbly backside bits.
A chiffon overlay in a multi colour will look good over plain pants and camisole.
BTW everyone probably knows what you look like anyway.

I don't like exercising, etc...
Many people don't, myself included - however by that I mean "formal" exercising; jogging, gym, pilates/zumba classes etc.
But if you find a non-formal exercise you do enjoy, it is going to make it so much easier to stick to.
By that I mean taking the dog for a brisk walk twice a day (please not in the heat of day, but early morning, and after the sun goes down). Choose a different route each day and have a good nosy at the neighbours gardens, rate each one out of ten (in your head), make a game of it.
Running around a swimming pool (in the water, not around the outside!) is fun and enjoyable, but also great exercise (as is swimming). Join an aqua-aerobics class - you don't get all hot and sweaty, it's fun splashing around in the water (and don't be put off by your weight, a lot of the classes I have seen have older cuddly people having the time of their life.)
Hiking in nature is (for me, anyway), far more enjoyable than pounding the pavement running.
I love working in the garden; digging, building things, planting. Decide to make yourself a vegie garden - you'll soon work up a good sweat but the time will fly as it is enjoyable (if you like gardening) and you'll also be rewarded with good, healthy food very cheaply.
Wii-fit is quite good fun, too and you can do that in the privacy of your own home. There are lots of fitness programs for the Wii now.
Buy or hire a treadmill and use it whilst watching a good DVD or TV program - you can't get off it until the program/movie finishes.
Bouncing on a trampoline burns the calories, so does kayaking down a picturesque river. Horse riding is excellent exercise and will quickly tone your leg muscles.
See, heaps of things that are "exercise", but also really fun to do (much more fun that the gym or jogging, IMO). Obviously not all of these may be practical for you, but what I am getting at, is exercise doesn't have to be formal, boring and painful - find something fun instead and it will have the same result and you will be much more likely to stick at it for longer, because it's actually enjoyable.

You most certainly can lose weight without increasing exercise, I had to. Because I have RA it takes me all my time to just manage every day living so any extra exertion or stress on my joints is out of the question, I already do as much as I possibly can every day. Just ask the Fox how walking across the carpark and round the supermarket is a major Olympic event for me even with the trolley to hold me up (and let's not mention when I let go and she runs off with itX-()

You most certainly can lose weight without increasing exercise,
All you have to do is to burn up more calories than you consume, simple. 🙂
Increase activity and lower food intake (especial all the empty calorie type of food) is the way to go. Pushbike is a good way to exercise, or just walk to the shop instead of driving (I have been planning to do that since the end of winter 🙂 )

I know from experience that a sudden change from taking a lot of exercise down to almost none within a very short space of time without also cutting down food intake means you pile on the inches so fast it is unbelievable. In the early years of my disability my waistline was the fastest moving bit of my anatomy 😉

I think patchoo had the right answer for someone who doesnt like exercise. Eat as many vegetables as you want all day long, ofcourse without them being dripping in butter or white sauce or any other fattening coatings.
I embarked on a weight loss program a while ago, i was loosing upto 4 kilograms a week, from exercise and eating very little, all was going fine until i got sick and stopped exercising in 3 months before i got my motivation back i had put all the weight on again plus some. But with my motivation back i work out 6 days a week, this includes walking 30 kilometres a week , ridding a stationary bike for 60 kilometres a week and working out on a home gym 6 days a week.
I am loosing weight and am happy with the longevity of my exercise regime and realise the real secret to what i am doing, is if i am still doing it in 12 months time.
I now dont starve myself and do have days where i will eat something i shouldnt, but i loose approximately 1 kilogram a week and on a good week 2 kilograms, and this is week in week out.
I now feel like that all of the weight i loose now will stay off, unlike when i was loosing the 4 kilograms a week, where as soon as i stopped it all went back on.
So my advice to the OP, is exercise, but seeing how you hate that , eat fresh vegetables ( salads, either little or no dressing ) and lots of steamed vegetables ( no fat ) and that should help you loose weight with minimal exercise.
