WHERE IS MY PROMISED $30 ,PROMISED WEEKS AGO. I REJOIED EBAYPLUS AFTER THE OFFER WAS MADE.I WAS PROMISED THAT I WOULD GET THE $30 WITHIN TWO WEEKS IT HAS BEEN FAR LONGER OVERDUE AND STILL NO $30 RECEIVED

Given eBay staff very rarely read here, you will need to contact them if you want an eBay answer

And make sure you met any other t&c requirements for said voucher

Could this be the problem ? 

For the avoidance of doubt, eBay Plus members who:

Click “Keep my benefits and receive a $30 voucher” within the eBay Plus cancellation flow but do not continue to pay the eBay Plus annual membership fee;

OR
 subsequently cancel their eBay Plus membership and then re-subscribe for an eBay Plus membership,

will not be deemed   Eligible Customers.
