Do sellers know "who" has an item on their watch list?

I know that they know that "somebody" has their item on their watch list because once a seller said in a thread that it was strange that only 1 person placed a bid on his/her item because so many had it on their watch list, but I am not sure if they know the IDs of those who have the item on their watch lists.

Hi, Sellers do not get names or ID's of who is watching, they simply get the number of watchers.
