Is there any way to weeds out listings with multiple prices in them? It's so annoying, especially when trying to find the lowest price on something, and there is a completely unrelated item in the dropdown menu! Makes me want to buy elsewhere....

One of the ways is to place a price in the search price box on the left hand side of the listings a bit lower than the normal price for that item. For example if there are variation listings for an item like $2 - $16, and you would normally expect the item to sell for $10 then put the minimum price in the box at $6. That will cut out all the varieations that have $2 as their minimum.
I hope that is more understandable to you than it looks like to me - I am not good at explanations, sorry.

If a listing has a big difference in the price range, e.g. $1-$100, just ignore it. It's bound to be a scam.
It is possible to make a multi listing with a range of prices showing only the lowest price too, but that is more of an ebay bug and is very rare. So if you just ignore listings with a big difference in the lowest and highest prices, you'll be a lot happier.

I have been complaining about it to eBay for some years now.
They should do something to either remove multi-item listings (the ones with the price variance) or to allow users to filter their searches so we do not see them.
Having multiple prices really screws over buyers because it really makes serching pointless.
I spoke to live chat about it and they confirm "There is no way to remove the multi-prices from the searches."
