Weird popup & My Ebay page greyed out & frozen

When I go to "My Ebay" summary page it partially loads, then freezes with this popup that has only the numeral "3" showing plus an OK button.

It is the same in IE and Firefox.

I am not going to click on the "OK" button as I don't know what it is there for, or what it does.

In Firefox it seems to be stalled loading read51doubleclick.net, whilst on IE it stalls on ib.adnxs.com.

All that is active is the popup box and whilst I can see my summary page it is all greyed out and I cannot click on anything or bid.

A seller is going to miss out if I can't get into My Ebay in the next 18 minutes.

julie-in-oz2, I ran cc cleaner and no change. It is only appearing in our Watch List. Odd.

I got it too....but I clicked on it. I just saw this thread but I had already clicked on it. Now I am worried ....... 😐

Weird things usually do happen on Fridays. I think it is when ebay do updates.

There are threads on the US boards about the popup.

It seems that the popup is only appearing if your screen is narrow. If you're currently using a left side-bar disable it and the popup will disappear.

Gosh I'm lost without my Bookmarks Sidebar. Hopefully whoever mucked up the code wakes up soon and fixes it.

They do the maintenance on a Thursday nights as it's a quieter time in the US.

Which means it's Friday here and it does disrupt our site especially when they are "fixing"things as usual,X-(

I have Google Chrome and Firefox and they are both showing as normal,:-D
