What does error message " guest details deprecated"mean?

I made a purchase as a guest recently and pail with PayPal. Have heard nothing from seller or eBay since transaction completed. Tracking attempts receive the above error response.

Probably the seller has no idea of your address and cannot access you non-existant details.

Have you tried, radical admittedly, contacting the seller?
