What happened to using Paypal balance ?

I actually bought something- woohoo ! So why wasn't my Paypal balance used ? There was NO option to use it.

Um that would be a big 10 4 re paying with Paypal ๐Ÿ™‚ VERY clear on listing and one of only 2 options ๐Ÿ™‚
