What kind of a resolution if ebay setp in & sent me postage for return but no refund.

Bought a NEW milk frother from REMOVED & can't make froth but great for warming up milk. Expresso response was it only works with particular milk. I request a replacment that works. made a video for proof but the video was too large to send. eBay decided to step in & offer help. Thay send me a postage sticker & the product was returned but I get no refund. eBay closes the case & I have no way to contact anyone.  Wonder eBay was paid by the seller & shaft the buyer's right aside. I will be more careful buying from eBay now.

Did you upload the tracking number into the dispute ?  If you paid by credit card through Paypal the money goes there, have you checked your CC account ?
