What to do if seller wont post item and wont communicate?

Hi,

What to do about seller.   They wont refund money since Noveber 2012.  Item was closed at sellers request (they said I didn't pay!) , but I paid twice.  I cancelled postal order and got another raised because seller said they lost postal order but they somehow cashed both orders.

Ebay has not helped and seller has only said don't send emails or things will take longer.

Help.

I hate scammers and this seller is definitely top of my list

I looked and their stars look good.  How do you come to your conclusion.

I am new here and am always learning.

Why are there so many neutral comments and minimal negative?

Politely suggest you look again at their stars-4.3 for postage is shocking,4.5 for communication is not good,4.7 for item description is poor.

A seller of that volume IF they were half decent,would be sitting on 4.8/4.9 for everything.

They have 44 feedback revisions AND one of their negatives has disappeared in the last few hours ???

I can't understand why people left neutrals instead of negatives but what I can understand is that will never make top rated seller at the rate they're going.

I personally also think it's odd that their basic everyday items are Private-they're not exactly lingerie for heavens sake.
