First thing is you should have asked before you purchase if they combine on postage and do discounts.
Never assume they will as they do not have too.
Second sellers can not leave you bad feedback and if they do you can get it removed, however a seller can open non payer disputes if you do not pay and if after 4 days from opening the dispute you still have not paid they can close the dispute and you will get non payer strikes on your account.
Too many of these will see you blocked from buying from sellers that have the blocks in place to stop on payers with strikes.

Was combined postage offered in the listing? Was any communication exchanged prior to the end of the listings about combined postage?
My thoughts are that if the seller is going to charge you for two lots of postage then they need to at least send the items separately, if not, let your feedback that you leave tell the story.
I'm pretty sure that there are no rules or policies that say a seller must combine postage, however, there are rules about profiting from postage.
Unfortunately, if no prior arrangements were made about combined postage and the items were from two separate listings, each outlining the cost and postage price for that item, then as long as the seller does send the items separately, then you are obliged to pay.
