Surfin - I haven't used that feature in advanced settings to search. I usually use Item Location - Australia only - on left side when searching

If you use the Not From filter it has the opposite effect of what you are wanting. It filters out all items NOT FROM, so using Not From CHINA would filter out all items not from China.
