Where are my Photos ?

Purchased and Paid for via PayPal straight away after ordering, 4 photos of WW1 Lighthorse, from an Adelaide ebayer. Having not heard any communication from the Seller, no postal arrival, l contacted the Seller on the 9th, whom claims he mailed them out on the 4th.  Funny thing is they only had to go 10 km by post, one side of Adelaide, to the other.

After no sign of them today, l checked the Sellers Feedback, OMG, horror, he has 81 Red Dots, much for false copy of others work on the net, plus accused of not send items out.

It was the 10,000 + F/B  that got me to Buy from him, ....l should have check ALL THE FEEDBACK.

Where do l go from here now please ?  Have given up on photos finding my Letter Box, and Seller has "gone silent".

Open an item not received case with eBay - under their Money Back Guarantee.

In your My Ebay - Purchases - on the right hand side of the item you purchased there is a drop down list with the option - I didn't receive it.

Only problem with an MBG dispute is if the items arrive the dispute can't be changed to an INAD I believe.

AB, I've looked everywhere I can think of for posts on this one.

Certainly you can't go from an MBG dispute to a Paypal one or visa versa, but I'm near certain that someone had problems going from an INR to an INAD with the MBG dispute system.

I suspect that even eBay who brought the stupid process in doesn't have a clue either - certainly not any CSR you're likely to speak to..................
