Hey guys, so I’ve got a parcel sending via eBay global shipping program (ie Pitney Bowes) from the USA. Usually I’ll get the Australia Post (APG) tracking number as soon as the parcel is being processed and doing customs labelling at the global shipping centre in Kentucky. However this time I still haven’t got the tracking number after it already left the centre. Does anyone know what might be going on? And does any one know who delivers for eBay GSP in Australia? Is it still Australia Post?
thanks in advance

My answer to your three questions are... I have no idea.
I never worry about tracking... it is after all for the seller's protection & will not speed up the plane, ship, truck or camel caravan.
I only look at the Estimated Delivery Date & sleep soundly knowing the MBG is there as buyer protection.
I hope you receive your item on time.

You will most likely get tracking number later on and "yes" delivery here is by Australia Post.

Hi, mihellebartley is correct. The very few times I had used Pitney Bowes' GSP, the items were delivered by Fed Ex for the latter part of the journey but later (nowadays) it was / is by Aust Post.

I bought something from the USA using the GSP about 4 1/2 months ago and it was delivered by DHL.
Usually if you enter your tracking number here Universal Parcel Tracking - Global Package Tracking (parcelsapp.com) there is an indication of who will deliver it.

Hi,
I received an update from eBay re a GSP pourchase yesterday and again today. Today's message was presumably because the new tracking number was available under the orders details.
Where it used to say APG and the number, look out for AGPGBAE: (+tracking number).
Tonight the new tracking number was accepted by Aust Post and my parcel is on its way.
