1.Why wait 49 days.
2.Why not avail yourself of free paypal buyer protection & lodge a claim within 45 days?
3.Why not do your research on feedback prior to buying.
4.eBay is an advertising platform & not the seller.
Apologies for not being able to offer assistance but you had ample time to follow procedures which are there to protect you.
