Why does it say account has restrictions when trying to report someone

Tried to report someone as the item they send was incorrect & I do t believe they are providing a suitable so,union, however when I go to resolution centre it says unable to do as account has restrictions or is suspended? Please tell me why my account has been restricted/suspended as I haven't done anything wrong?

If you are trying to get restitution, you should be opening a case with Paypal, not eBay.

Are you sure the message is saying YOUR account is restricted or suspended?

Could it be that the seller's account is suspended?

If you purchased from the Australian site then as long as you paid with Paypal you should be able to open a dispute through Paypal, always quicker and easier to start there anywhere. If you didn't pay with Paypal or with a direct credit card payment then neither ebay or anyone else can help you get a refund.
