I'm getting a bit sick of ebay doing this.
Trying to resolve a question and answer and they cut you off from contacting seller.
I need my item and they need their purchase finalised.

If it is regarding an existing purchase you have made from this seller, then try using the contact seller choice via the order details page for the item you purchased.

Just a couple of suggestion....
Is it possible that the seller has blocks in place against communications with buyers with low recent feedback, or have you had previous dealings with this seller that may have led them to block you personally? Sellers can also block people with previos strikes for non-payment.
My advice would be that if you can't communicate with this seller, move on and fine someone who will talk...
