As my subject states, I bought this item in good faith. Then I received this email from the seller:
"I realise how bad this is and you will definitely leave negative feedback and I'm very sorry. The kids at the medical school will use these and I am willing to take the poor feedback for being a poor seller. I shouldn't have listed, Im sorry"
Is this allowable?

I hope it isn't the "Dead Like Me" DVDs you purchased.
Sorry that is being flippant.
All you can do is report them for non performing seller but at the end of the day unless some court orders the seller to hand over the item you only have neg feedback available to you so as to warn other buyers.

Sellers like this should be prevented from using the Auction format after failing to complete transactions for the 2 auctions they were neg'd for.
Its a shame they are allowed to continue.
