I am posting a damaged ring to the UK today for a full refund via Paypal. Which delivery method is the safest? I was going to go with registered post international, with signature on delivery.
I have never had to return an item before so this is all new to me.

yes sounds about the safest method. Remember to mark the customs declaration as Goods Returned To Sender for refund, owise your seller will be liable for VAT.

Registered post international doesn't have tracking, but it does have signature on delivery. Pack and track has tracking (and proof of postage), but doesn't get signature on delivery. I would personally go with pack and track, as they cost the same ($24.20 to the UK for under 500 grams, contents valued up to $500).
