I have recently bought a Lego Dreamliner, and wonder if anyone else has recently from a seller starting with "d" Would like to know if they had any problems. Thanks

Did the item come from China? Did you get it way below what you'd normally pay? Can you post the item number of the listing?

es, it was from China, and yes, far below the expected retail price. Silly of me, I know, but we can always take action if required.

....and they are based in Aust but the items are in Hong Kong

You're clearly not new to buying on eBay, why would you think you'd get a genuine item from China that is way below expected retail price? They are listed for over $1,000 and you thought you were getting the real thing for $60? Even more so from a seller with low feedback? What is the indication that it's not genuine? Does it work with real Lego? If it does and it's for a child to play with, does it really matter? It would only be an issue if you wanted to buy it to resell it.
Did you actually receive the item?

When you look at the sold listings, they have sold multiple very high priced items cheap. As you said, account is based in Australia, items from HK, I'm calling hijacked account. That's why I was wondering if the OP actually received it.

sure do wish i could get $1 for every buyer who has bought something from china and when recieved discovered it wasnt genuine.
actually make it 50 cents, id still be rich
