Have not been received because the sellers used Yanwen.

eBay please do not let sellers that use Yanwen be on your website.

As a buyer you have to wait for eBay guarantee to get your money back.

Yanwen is a Chinese logistics company.

You have 2 chances of getting ebay to ban sellers from using them.....Buckleys and None.

No matter what delivery service is used by a seller, if the item goes missing you have to wait the specified time for the ebay Money Back Guarantee to take effect.

How long have you been waiting for your purchases? 

It can take months for items to reach Australia from China.  I've got an item in transit that has taken 2 months just to finally arrive in Australia.  Hopefully I will get my purchase in another week or so.

I'm not familiar with Yanwen.  Do you have tracking for your purchases?  It may only cover up to when the item leaves China but that doesn't mean you should give up hope.

Many Chinese sellers use YanWen these days, and I agree that it is not good. When they started using it on eBay a few years ago, I had the same experience as the OP - the items just did not arrive. After that I stopped buying from China, which I know is not a big loss, but anyway... Last year I bought something for someone else and at least it arrived, but after 2 1/2 months... The other items years ago never arrived, and it was not because of COVID, as it all happened well before COVID. They were just starting back then; maybe they have improved by now (or at least items arrive after 2-3 months).
