bad seller list?

I am having an issue with a seller who claims they sent my items @$50 which hadn't arrived 30 days later and suggested they would re send...being the trusting kind I agreed...(NOT anymore!!!) which has been about 30 days also hasn't arrived... I have sent them numerous messages with NO reply...obviously now out of time to make any claims or feedback...time to stop trusting these sellers who don't come to the party...I am in a remote part of Australia and often does take 30 or more days to be delivered...I don't understand why both Ebay and Paypal have such a short deadline for claims etc...well of course the fact the more claims the less money they make themselves...I wonder is there's a forum or other where people with bad experiences can name these bad sellers???

Dont know if there is another forum for that but you can not name and shame on here. You can create your own search lists you know. In your search list you can EXCLUDE sellers from showing up in your items searched, that is no items listed by the particualr seller will show up in your search. I have quite a few sellers in this EXCLUDED SELLER search list so their items will not even display on my screen when I search. If you know of a site that lists these so called "bad sellers" please let all us other buyers know.

I think 45 days is ample time to open a dispute, sorry this happenned to you, but had you followed eBay protocol you would have your money back and been able to leave relevant feedback for the seller.

In future, dispute the INR, prior to 45 days advised by paypal, you have a further 20 days to escalate to a claim, and then if the item arrives after you receive youtr refund simply repay the seller with paypal.

Never, let a seller string you along, no matter how 'genuine' the excuse or explanation.
