befdimall mailed item twice and I did not receive items.  have asked for refund.  There is nowhere to leave feedback even though I purchased item.  Does not show up on my purchase history.

Go into the Resolution Section and open a case against them. Item has not arrived.

First of all, you can't name and shame on the forums. The mods will be along shortly to edit your message and remove the name.

 

Second, how long ago did you purchase the item? You can only leave feedback for up to 60 days from purchase. After that, the option disappears and the item falls off your purchase history.

Did you purchase this item more than 60 days ago? (time limit to be able to leave feedback).

 

Chance of a refund doesn't look good. Seller has 67 negative feedback this month. For faulty items, items never received....

 

2 months no item and seller just keeps asking me to wait extra 5-7 days!!

Thanks.  Yes, the wait was 30 days each time so it must be over 60 days.  They are going to refund money and it wasn't very much but it seems odd that "it was sent twice and not received".  Perhaps a lot of people don't bother to ask for such a small amount and that's how they make their money.

Nice to know it's not just me.  Only about $5 but I've asked for it back.  Won't be buying from them again.  Never had trouble before.  Most sellers are really good.
