If you purchase something from a shop YOU have to take it back to get your refund or exchange.

MAybe you have just purchased from the wrong sellers.

At least the OP was true to her word.  There are plenty of good sellers on ebay adarksea.  You still have some time to change your mind and reopen your account for a short while.
