can ebay please do a revue on all accounts with 98.5 % and less

ebay has become a joke, china is making ebay there **bleep**, with sellers pretending they live in australia, ebay needs to take control of this before they loose even more customers.

Ebay are very well aware and do not care  (they can't and won't stop them)

Ebay staff also do not read this forum

Because of this, what is needed is people power, people need to stop buyer off sellers registered in China with a ten foot tall page of neg feedback with most comments saying the item location said it was in Australia but item was posted from China

I've not seen a seller pretend they live in Australia so far, whilst ebay allow sellers to put anywhere for the item location, it shows where the seller is registered and that is pretty mch where they 'live'  (except of course in the genuine cases where a seller has relocated country)

It won't stop because buyers won't stop buying from such people

As bear says, check feedback & where registered while not 100% foolproof it sure helps deciding who to buy from.  I do buy from China at times but always know I am buying from there and not someone saying they are in Australia.

About the 98.5%, there are some genuine Aussie sellers who also drop that low it is not just O/S sellers.

There are two things necessary for sellers of cheap Chinese knock-offs or dubious goods to flourish.

The seller of such goods... and plenty of buyers willing to buy those cheap items.

Scams also rely on two things: the confidence trickster and the mark.

Are we - as in the human race - really so greedy that we allowed the millions of Chinese sellers selling cheap goods to us to proliferate? ...
