Hi ,I would like to know how to cancel a purchase ,I have emailed the seller and have had no reply ,I ordered a new matress went to pay then saw that there was no frieght charge and went back and the order had gone threw ,ordered another one ,not relising the first had gone threw and the frieght charges are dearer than that stated on there listing ,I have not completed the check out process and have tried to cancel order ,but it keeps telling me unfortunantly its to late to cancel ,I have only ordered it a hour ago....Thank you

Thank you ,Have been contacted by seller asking if I wanted to cancel both and I have said yes as first one was a error and second one the frieght is dearer than listed on there add ....

Give the seller 24-48 hours to respond.

The seller has messaged me and said he will cancel Transactions ,but has not done yet.....
