cant bid on jag jeans

hi lilian pechotsch i have been trying to bid on a pair of jag jeans for 3 days now and i cant get past a large printed note saying i cant buy from this buye unless i havent bought in the last 10 days   i have been in constant touch with the lady and she said she has done everything to unblock this , but again i tried after she contacted me to say it would be ok , maybe the note should be removed from my computor, can you please try and sort this  i will cantact her again to let her know , my email is              or message would be fine her selling name is               , i spoke to you reprasentative last night on chat and she could see no reoson why we are having this trouble .regards lilian pechotsch

Just in case, ask your seller if she has put your name on her blocked buyer exemption list - that should override any other blocks she might have in place, and she can access it via Bidder Managment with this link: http://pages.ebay.com.au/services/buyandsell/biddermanagement.html

If that doesn't work, then it would be down to eBay tech to do something, I'm afraid.
