contact seller for return label?

Just received an item not as described, the seller has agreed to take it back and refund me, can someone please shed some light on contacting the seller for a return label? Is this just their address details?

If you went through the ebay resolution centre ebay should have provided you with the return address details once the seller agreed for it to be returned.

Otherwise contact the seller through the ebay message system and ask them directly.

If you have the relevent satchel, and seller is happy to do so they could send you the PDF file for the prepaid label. As opposed to the old method of sending a prepaid satchel. Not sure if this is an official method as part of the new returns process or not., but it is certainly doable. You then just print and attach. No delay waiting to receive anything.

I,m waiting for the seller to respond concerning sending me the 'return postage label' ,I have 5 days to get it from VIC to QLD, I can see sellers stalling on sending these out!... Why is it my responsibility to ask a seller for this label?
