Just received an item not as described, the seller has agreed to take it

I,m waiting for the seller to respond concerning sending me the 'return
postage label' ,I have 5 days to get it from VIC to QLD, I can see
sellers stalling on sending these out!... Why is it my responsibility to
ask a seller for this label?
