continual incorrect code entry ??

i want to contact seller with a question and every time i enter the code at the bottom of the page it keeps coming back "please enter correct code" ?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

this is happening continually at other contact seller pages a swell ???????????????

Try using a different browser. I get this problem when using Firefox, but it works fine with Internet Explorer and Chrome.
