You can not put a sellers info and contact on this forum.
Site Map - Bottom of every page, you need to read up on eBay protocol and procedures. Both for buying and selling. Quickly
As you have already left negative feedback I doubt the seller will do any more than necessary unless they are forced to.

Have you opened an Ebay case? (if item was bought after 1 Nov 2014).
Seller would be liable for return postage if eBay decide the item was not as described (faulty).

Didn't you read the feedback before you bought? Ebay will make the seller pay the postage if you can prove the item is faulty, they will not just take your word for it. You probably need a condition report from a shop or repair company on headed notepaper.

Negitive, Ebay will take the buyers word, or they have done in my 2 cases.

same as my 2 cases i feel ebay realy aids these sellers under these circumstances and hides from the purchaser the original listing in both my cases !dodgey details seller id its wrong ebay could easily stamp this behavior out with suspension or revised feedback witch only a seller can ask for not the buyer ! avoid at all cost
