I bought and paid by paypal for a dress from THRIFTWARES and did not get it, i did not get a refund, THRIFTWARES will not answer me and paypal will not help me, be very careful with your money

You need to file an Item Not Received dispute with PayPal:-)

Did you open a paypal dispute when it did not arrive?

Have you checked with your post office to see if it's waiting collection from there?

To the right of the item in your purchase history is a small drop down menu. Select resolve a problem and open an Item Not Received case. (Providing it is within 45 days of payment date)

If you have allowed plenty of time for it to arrive, escalate to a claim when you can. 

If it's outside of 45 days, not much you can do except hope it still turns up.

if you are saying Paypal wont help me because it is past the 45day deadline, I'm afraid it was YOU who would not help yourself by using the free 45day insurance Paypal offer every Buyer.

yes, you do need to be careful when buying on eBay, but following all the guidelines makes for a pretty safe and foolproof environment for all Buyers.

The company asked us to wait a few more days for the parcel to arrive, then they said it had been delivered but to the wrong address and then that was after the 45 days and we have done the right things, it is the compay that has not, thanks for the feedback

We checked post office, we waited, we contacted paypal, we contacted ebay and all we got was loooong letters saying contact seller, we did and now they choose to ignore us

When you pay with Paypal always open a dispute within a few weeks if you haven't received an item or it isn't as described. Never let a seller trick you into waiting past the time limit.
