I bought and paid by paypal for a dress from THRIFTWARES and did not get it, i did not get a refund, THRIFTWARES will not answer me and paypal will not help me, be very careful with your money
If you paid with paypal and it is not past the 45 days of the payment date then open a dispute for item not received.
If it past the 45 days then that is not anyone's fault but yours as you are told you have 45 days to take action when you pay for any issues that arise about the transaction.
