don't use pack and send Canningvale WA

I recently used pack and send at Canningvale in WA.. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.. They assured me items were packed securely, they arrived, 2 shades broken, they wouldn't take any responsibility...

DONT USE them...

Yes it is. Often the dead threads contain out of date information. If someone follows that out of date information they could find themselves up ship creek. EBay rules change every other day and postage costs change once or twice a year too. So yes, it is a big world issue.

One thing that stands out to me is your description of the contents of the missing parcel.

What exactly do you mean by medication documents and are there any medications in the parcel?

I think I would be contacting Customs in both Australia and Hong Kong.  Both of them can be quite vicious when there is any chance of illegal imports.
