I'm confused.. The postage I charge buyers - which is exactly what Aus Post charges me... Is this considered a profit to me? This doesn't make sense.. Is this just for this financial year or the previous one as well..

I recently used pack and send at Canningvale in WA.. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.. They assured me items were packed securely, they arrived, 2 shades broken, they wouldn't take any responsibility... DONT USE them... Michelle

I have tried to list an item 3 times, do the description, upload photos & then time & time again I have to resign in, I end up shutting page & having to start all over again... So infuriating..
