I have three charges from this seller taken from my paypal account and have received nothing. There are no items in my eBay account . What is eBay doing about this as obviously a scam.

eBay Commerce is NOT a seller

You 'pay' eBay and eBay pays the seller

Have you notified eBay?

Have you opened item not received disputes?

Have you changed the dropdown menu to cover when the items were purchased?

Did you buy as a guest?

Do you allow anyone else to use your eBay account?

IF you really did not buy anything, what have you done to report the unautorised charges to PayPal?

Other than post on the member to member forum, what action have you taken?

Have you signed up for eBay Plus?

As said, eBay Commerce Aust is part of eBay and they will collect money for purchases, or for any paying promotions they run. Like eBay Plus.

Firstly, are you absolutely, 100% sure that you or no one you know has used your ebay account in recent times?

Or what could be more relevant, have any members of your family used your paypal account or know how to log into it?

If you have bought nothing at all from any seller on ebay, then some of your paypal details may have been compromised. You need to get onto them and onto your bank immediately and you need to change passwords etc for paypal and ebay.
