eBay promised a voucher for buying an item over $300. Where is my voucher? When will I receive it?

I bought an earphone worth more than $300. eBay had a deal of giving back $100 voucher. I still haven't received it. Not sure what to do now.

I have the same issue and don't have the message on listings saying "get this for $0" etc. Does this mean I dont have a voucher?

Sometimes the vouchers will appear in your My Ebay.

Use the drop down box and look right at the bottom under My Messages.

I had it in both places although the first one to appear was the message on the listing.

If it is not in either place you may not have qualified....areyou sure you fulfilled all the terms?

If you are sure you will have to ring ebay....have all the details of the qualifying transaction/s ready.

It is probably too late now for the voucher to be issuedbut they will probably offer to put the credit in your paypal account....you spend the money and then give ebay the details and the money is credited to your paypal account for future use.

I've never had vouchers show up in the usual spots. I've currently got a 10% one on my large account that expires on the 12th, but it's nowhere to be found anywhere in My eBay. Not in the dropdown, not under didn't win, nowhere. Lucky I've got the email with the code, otherwise I wouldn't be able to use it. It's the same on all 3 accounts, it never shows up anywhere, which can be dashed annoying!

It is often a case of playing hide and seek.  

Most of mine have been in My Ebay but the last one was on the listings.  I used it on the Friday night and on Saturday I founf it in My Ebay but I could not access any code.  I was going to ring ebay on Monday but it disappeared on sunday night so I can ony assume it was the $100 I had already spent.

Thanks for tip. It's not in messages, I definitely qualified as I read all the conditions. I will give them a call

No, it is not in My Messages.

If it in My Ebay at all it will be at the very bottom of the drop down box....beneath My Messages.

I forgot to say, you have to be logged into ebay and on the buying/selling site.   It is not visible when you are logged into the boards.
