eBay's Purchase Confirmation Emails Appear To Have Gone AWOL...

Anyone else not getting emails from eBay confirming their purchase once payment has been made?

I'm missing a couple from today.  PayPal sends me *their* confirmation for the payment, but nothing from eBay like they normally do. It's not even Friday yet...

(No, they're not in the spam folder).

I bought something 2 days ago and got the confirmation email. Not bought anything since. Hopefully others will be along soon if they are having the same issue.

Thanks, tippy. No urgency - just curious if it's just me or a wider problem. Got onto chat earlier and they checked all my settings and said there was no reason why I shouldn't be getting the emails.

I'm also not receiving *some* seller emails, too (e.g. "Sale confirmed: ..."), but only some of them. It's weird.

I know in the past I've had delays with some emails. Some being items I've purchaed, others with a sold item. It hasn't happened much, but usually they turn up the next day.

I'm at three days and counting for one of the "Sale confirmed:" emails - I don't think it's coming...

I have had the missing emails thing from ebay and paypal some time back. Was very hit and miss for a while but all working now. The emails I am not getting anymore is the 'Postage label created' you  get  got when you buy a postage label.

Ours (more selling than buying) are OK at the moment, but have disappeared at times in the past.

Usually they turn up in a day or two, but the odd one has disappeared completely, never to be seen at all.

Are you using the new postage label creation screen or the old version? Because I've been having a similar issue, but I think it's only when I use the new screen - the emails re coming through when I create them with the old one.

Hmmm thats a good question. I will have to check. I have been using the new layout (which I dont really like) so I will try the old layout next time. Sales are so low at the moment Im not sure when that will be!
