What can you do when you have had a confirmed purchase by Ebay, then being told its not available?

I bought a bike for a child second hand. Ebay confirmed the purchase, thid morning I recieved an email saying it was now "out of stock". Clearly a lie as the seller was a private seller. What can I do about this low act? Thanks in advance.

AM I the only one OFFENDED by the practice of adding a cheap item to a selection list ???

It is really annoying to see an item you want, listed at say $10 ; but when you select the listing it turns out it is actually $50 and the seller has added a semi-related cheap item ( the bait) to the listing...! Can't we stop that practice, please !
