eBay stalking

Ok, so when you add an item to your watched list you might get a notification for item ending etc, BUT it seems we are being stalked by eBay. 

I keep keep getting bombarded with notifications just because I've looked at an item (not in my watchlist)!  i could opt out for notifications but then I would miss the not's for the items I am actually watching.

It's to enhance your buying experience. I love the ones where you are sent a message saying such and such is no longer available. Not something I was watching, just something I looked at that the seller had pulled. They then tell me there are more similar items but they don't tell me what they are.

Gotta love eBay spam. I just delete without reading now.

I don't know about anyone else, but my facebook page gets covered with ads from things I looked at on ebay. Plus property ads.

I often impulsively buy a house or two while cruising through facebook.

The TV guide is often covered with ebay ads - for MY items. No, not really interested in buying them.
