I would like to leave some feedback on an item not received that was refunded but it is not listed anywhere that I can find in my stuff. Is it not possible to leave feedback on a refunded item? Thanks.

If the sale was more than 60 days ago then it is too late to leave feedback.
If the item was removed by ebay then you cannot leave feedback either.
If neither is the case you may find it in your Archived (hidden) Items.....use the drop down box to look for items from last year.

I hope that if they refunded without you having to open a dispute that you are going to leave a pos feedback.

OK thanks found it.
@phorum_junkie* Neg fb is rare from me but it's deserved in this case. They have no choice but to refund that doesn't mitigate their dishonesty. They work on volume but nearly 10 neg fb a day, whatever the volume is pretty poor.
I could have bought this item for $2 from china but elected to pay $6 and have it quickly sent from "Darwin", judging from their communication with me it's obvious that it was going to post from China anyway. They tried to stall me with a communication after a couple of weeks, then they wanted me to close my dispute before refunding. I'm just annoyed at the wasted time, I really needed this item and I think it's my duty to add to the 276 neg feedback they have already received in the last month!

Got to love the delaying tactics and the 'if you do this we'll do that'......and so it goes on. I've been on the receiving end of these tricks and never met promises re not receiving item, dodgy item, delay, delay, delay etc, sometimes with their messages couched in a very weird flowery Chinglish. How can eBay let sellers like this continue?

Because they make eBay a mint. I've bought a couple of things from Chinese sellers and they did turn up ok, but I looked very carefully at the feedback first. Anything the slightest bit suss and I moved on. No electricals from overseas ever, either, it was just brollys and the like...been lucky. But, eBay needs to clamp down hard on the persistent-excuse-after-excuse types. Paypal having a long window of 180 days claims now is good cover for long delays, too.
If a seller seems honest, and refunds for missing stuff without a drawn out dispute, that is different...as said above any feedback should recognise they had good customer service...and be a positive.

good feedback comment, short, to the point, no nasty stuff in there, id listen to that feedback, and check out theirs, well done.
