i won an item 6 weeks ago after 3 weeks of waiting for it, it turned up after many lies from the seller but i was happy i had it so i went to fit the item to my car and it dont fit (way to big) i rang the seller and he said send it back at a cost of $70 as this would take weeks i found a place that would cut it to size for $80 i send an email to the seller asking him if he would mind refunding me $70 and i would get it fixed and save him money and me time he said yep and refunded (which took about a week) so i got it done when i put it in the car it was 9 cm off the ground not the 14 that the ad said i didnt contact the seller just fixed it at a cost to me $40. i was not happy with the hole thing but i did not leave feed back straight away to give me time to get over it so on sunday i left neg feedback nothing to bad just the facts on sunday night the seller went and won an item i had for sale, then the phone calls started we didnt answer them being sunday night and we didnt know who it was then today phone call after phone all un answered then came txt messages with death threats me my family and my property saying i had 24 hours to remove the feed back i have been to the police now he has left neg feed back for me on the item he won of mine

Omg your feedback left for others is enough warning about yourself.

What you do is open a non payer case after 4 days and close it 4 days later providing he doesn't pay for the item.
Then the feedback will be removed automatically. And if it doesn't call ebay, they will see the case closed and remove it for you.
But they can't remove it until the unpaid case is closed.
And don't post anything here about what he sent, it won't help the cause and the thread will be removed.
We get the picture. Just relax and go by the procedure, that way you will win out in the end.
But I gotta say, negative positives are against rules, that is the reason ebay removed them so they couldn't be retaliatory.
If a buyer calls ebay, they will be removed anyway so it's a waste of time.

What did eBay say?

However your feedback left has probably put you on many BBLs.
You seem to expect perfection in an imperfect world and when that comes back you have issues.

the feedback as it is, does not meet eBay's grounds for removal.
If the communication did not happen through eBay message system, they cannot do more. However, if you produce a Court Order requiring the removal, then they can act.
